Salman Khan Takes The First Dose Of COVID-19 Vaccine, Informs Fans Via Twitter
Salman Khan took to his Twitter handle to inform the fans about his first Covid-19 shot. The actor was spotted by shutterbugs during his hospital visit.
On Wednesday, superstar Salman Khan took the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine in Mumbai’s Lilavati hospital. The actor was spotted by the paparazzi during his hospital visit. Earlier, fans were curious as the actor’s pictures from the hospital premises went viral over the internet. However, informing the fans, Salman took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “Took my first dose of vaccine today.”
Also, on the same day, the news of Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan testing positive for Coronavirus made headlines. The actor’s team informed the media that Aamir is quarantined at his home. They also urged people who have been in touch with the actor to get their Covid tests done. The Covid cases in Maharashtra have seen an unexpected surge in the last few weeks. On Tuesday, actor Sanjay Dutt also shared a picture of himself getting vaccinated. He tweeted, “Received my first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine today at the BKC vaccine centre. I want to congratulate Dr Dhere and his entire team for doing such a wonderful job! I have so much love and respect for them and their hard work. Jai Hind!” Apart from Salman and Sanjay, many actors including Kamal Haasan and Dharmendra have got their first Covid-19 shots.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Salman Khan will be next seen in two most-awaited films including Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai and Kick 2. While Radhe is set for an Eid release in May, Kick 2 will hit the big screens in December 2021. Apart from Salman, the film Radhe will also feature Disha Patani and Randeep Hooda.
