Many Bollywood celebrities are stepping out to get their first dose of vaccination. Recently, B-town couple Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia got their first shots as they encouraged fans to get vaccinated.

On Monday, B-town couple Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza got their first dose of Covid-19 vaccination. Sharing a picture on Instagram while getting the jab, Riteish encouraged fans to get vaccinated. The actor posed for the camera with a thumbs-up gesture. He wrote, “Get Vaccinated. Let’s fight this monster together…” Also, his wife-actress Genelia was seen in a casual look as she posed for a picture while getting vaccinated. 

Bollywood diva Sonakshi Sinha also shared a picture of herself while taking the first Covid-19 shot. The Dabangg actress was seen wearing a double mask and a cap as she posed for the camera with a victory gesture. Sonakshi captioned the post in Marathi which read “Vaccine manjhe victory.” (Vaccine means victory). Many Bollywood celebrities are stepping out to get their first dose of vaccination. While sharing the pictures on social media, the stars are encouraging fans to get vaccinated at the earliest.

Apart from the B-town stars, many Indian cricketers were also spotted at different vaccination centers. Virat Kohli took his first jab in Mumbai as he shared the update via social media. Also, Indian pacer Ishant Sharma shared a couple of pictures from the vaccination center as he thanked the essential workers. He was accompanied by his wife Pratima as the couple took their first Covid-19 shots.

Cheteshwar Pujara was also seen at the vaccination center along with his wife. He tweeted and shared the news with his fans. Meanwhile, after the cancellation of the Indian Premier League, team India is now prepping for their England tour. The squad will be leaving for England on June 02, 2021.

Coming to the vaccination drive in India, the center had announced an “accelerated” phase 3 strategy for the Covid-19 vaccination.
