Reliance Entertainment’s Shibhasish Sarkar Talks About Sooryavanshi And 83 release
Shibasish Sarkar talks about the release of Sooryavanshi and 83, promotional campaigns and other interesting upcoming movies.
Fans have been eagerly waiting for the release of two big films, Sooryavanshi and 83. Recently, the CEO of Reliance Entertainment Shibhasish Sarkar gave details about the two movies. The makers of the two movies have been holding up for a quite long before they finally announced the release date of the film. Talking about the same, Sarkar said that it was difficult to hold up as both the movies were quite expensive.
He further said that the makers were quite certain that the movies are made for a large screen experience and therefore the movies did not have the OTT release. Shibhasish further commented on the rumours that suggested either of the two films was supposed to be releasing on the occasion of Good Friday. He agreed that from Reliance Entertainment’s perspective, one of the movies was planned to release on this day but later the two final dates came out to be 30th April and 4th June.
As there has been an uprise in coronavirus cases in Mumbai, it is speculated that the business may get affected again. Talking about the same, Sarkar said this time people are prepared, unlike the last year. He added that as cases are rapidly rising, the vaccination inoculation is also carried away at the same pace.
Shibhasish had announced about having a promotional campaign for Sooryavanshi which would be carried out for 20 days. When asked about the similar campaign to be planned for 83, Sarkar said that they are still discussing with the team of 83 regarding the promotional campaign.
Talking about the two films, Shibhasish Sarkar said that he is certain that the two films would be the biggest films of the year and also people will have a memorable experience watching them. He also commented on Akshay Kumar’s role in Sooryavanshi and said that his role would be a celebration for his fans.
Shibhasish Sarkar also gave an insight into the movies’ line-up of Reliance Entertainment. He said that Circus would be soon wrapped up. He also mentioned that Kaithi remake is in the papers and they are planning to release it by the end of this year depending upon the shooting schedules. He also confirmed that Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna would be collaborating for the movie Goodbye.
