1. Saqib Saleem as Deep in Comedy Couple 

Comedy Couple is a modern-day love story of an urban couple who are in a live-in relationship. The duo wishes to be India’s first comic duo. Saqib Saleem is accompanied by Shweta Basu. Saqib plays the lead role of Deep. The film breaks all sorts of stereotypes of society. Deep and Zoya come from different backgrounds but are yet understanding and bond well. However, Deep has only one vice and that is his habit of lying. Saqib did a good job at portraying Deep in the film.

2. Saqib Saleem as Shiv Prakash Shukla in Rangbaaz

ZEE5 original web series Rangbaaz is based on the background of Gorakhpur in the 1990s. Saqib essays the role of Shiv Prakash Shukla whose character was inspired by the Indian gangster of the same name. Saqib did a phenomenal job at portraying the gangster. Consequently, Rangbaaz was his debut in web series and the audience was quite impressed by his performance.

3.  Saqib Saleem in Race 3 

Directed by Remo D’Souza, Race 3 is an action-thriller film. The film is the third instalment of the Race film series and was a success at the Box office. Saqib Saleem portrays the role of Sooraj Singh, the brother of Sikander and Sanjana. Saqib plays an angry young man in the film. However, the actor received several negative reviews for his character. But he took the criticism in a positive manner.

4. Saqib Saleem in Aamad

Saqib Saleem essays the role of Abhay in the film. The short film is based on the father-son bond. One fine day, Abhay reaches home and finds his father on the deathbed. The short film is directed by Neeraj Udhwani and captures the bonRand and constrained relationship between a father and son. Whether its the role of a gangster or of a son, Saqib portrayed it well. This role was challenging for him as he had to learn Kathak but he did justice to the role.
