Rakul Preet Singh Steps Out In A Desi Avatar, Wishes Paps A Happy New Year

Rakul Preet Singh never fails to make heads turn with her stunning fashion statements. Recently, the actress was spotted in the city as she was all busy while completing her work. Rakul has a couple of projects lined up in her kitty and looks like she seems to be super-busy these days. She was in the Maldives for the New Years and recently returned home. Rakul kept in simple and elegant in a plain green Kurti. She complimented her look with denim jeans and wore a contrasting coloured mask. The Sarrainodu actor left her hair naturally open. The moment the paps greeted her, she went on to wish them a Happy New Year. However, she denied their request for staying a little longer, as she was very busy. Speaking about Rakul’s New Year post, she shared a photograph from the Maldives and wrote, “Looking at you 2021. HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you. Hope is what keeps us going, so here is hoping that you have a beautiful, healthy, happy, prosperous and positive year! Love always.” Not only this but the star also revealed her New Year resolution. Rakul mentioned that people can’t go back and change the beginning, but they can start from where they are to change the ending. Soon, her social media followers flooded the comments section with love and hearts.

On the work front, Rakul Preet Singh has a slew of movies under her belt. She was last seen in the movie Shimla Mirchi, alongside Rajkummar Rao, Hema Malini, Shakti Kapoor and others. She is roped in for the upcoming outing titled Attacked, written and directed by debutant Lakshya Raj Anand. The movie stars John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez as well. Attack is based on a rescue story, wherein John will be leading a mission. Reportedly, the film is a fictional story inspired by true events and will depict the time when the nation was set hostage and how the crisis affected the people.
