The cause of this fire still hasn’t been discerned, but it has now been doused by teams of the city’s fire brigade. It’s being said that the hotel belongs to a friend of Ashok Gehlot’s son. After the Rajasthan political crisis was set into motion by differences between CM Ashok Gehlot and his deputy Sachin Pilot, MLAs from the state who are loyal to the CM are being housed in the Fairmont Hotel in Jaipur. As for those loyal to Sachin Pilot, they are being housed in a hotel in Haryana. Following the differences, Pilot was removed from his post of Deputy CM and State Congress President.
