The patriarch of the Reddy family believes in allowing his actions to speak louder than his words. This new dialogue promo proves this fact

ZEE5’s latest offering for the Telugu audience is the much-anticipated web series Gods Of Dharmapuri. The trailer, which released earlier this month, has us hooked already. The story is set in the border-town of Dharmapuri, which lies between Rayalaseema and Karnataka. Like every small town, Dharmapuri is also ruled by one, for one’s own benefits. But no monarch can exploit people to live happily. Their throne and dynasty will be overthrown by people or a person. Gods Of Dharmapuri is about the same power and politics in this small town.

Watch the trailer here:

Earlier, we met Pratap Reddy, who is essayed by popular Tollywood actor Raj Deepak Shetty. He is the man of the house and moves to Dharmapuri with his wife and two sons. But the town does not greet them well. From trying to make peace and finding stability in life, Pratap seems to be the one to overthrow power and draw new rules for the border-town. In the recently-released dialogue promo, he slits a man’s throat and watches him bleed his life out.

He says, “If someone comes to me, I cannot sit silently, like an incapable guy”. The walk, the eyes and the aura around Pratap Reddy exude power and dominance. But what plans does fate have for him? Will he be overthrown, too? Everyone leaves something for their heirs, what will Pratap’s boys get? This is a ten-episode series directed by Tollywood actor-filmmaker Anish Kuruvilla. It stars Satyadev Kancharana and Karthik Rathnam as Venu and Ravi Reddy, heirs to Pratap. Malayam actor Sruthi Jayan plays Saroja, the loyal wife to Pratap and the mother to Venu and Ravi.

Watch the story unfold as the battle for Dharmapuri begins on October 23, only on ZEE5. Read more about Gods Of Dharmapuri here. For more, check out Amala Akkineni’s High Priestess on ZEE5.
