Actor Rahul Roy will soon feature an upcoming murder-mystery where he will play a stroke patient. Have a look at how the actor has been doing since the incident at Kargil.

Veteran actor and reality star Rahul Roy is all set to feature in an upcoming film as a stroke patient after suffering from a brain stroke, in real life. He will be collaborating with director Nitin Kumar Gupta to present the audience with a murder mystery where he will play a character who has been suffering the repercussions of a brain stroke. A few days back, the actor was admitted at Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai after suffering from a brain stroke while shooting for a film in Kargil under extreme weather conditions. Rahul Roy also updated his fans on his health condition through an Instagram video as he has been getting better with proper care and treatment.

According to the video attached above, the actor will soon be seen playing a key role in Nitin Kumar Gupta’s next, where his character will have suffered a similar brain stroke. The project will fall into the murder-mystery genre and is expected to go on floors in February 2021. Director Nitin Kumar Gupta is also planning to title the film Stroke as the storyline would revolve around this concept.

The actor had been shooting in Kargil where the temperature was around -12 or -13 degree Celsius which can prove to be very extreme for the human body. Actor Rahul Roy recently took to Instagram to speak about his current health condition and how he has been keeping his spirits high throughout.

In the most recent video update, Rahul is seen sitting with his sister Priyanka Roy who has been a source of constant support and power. He mentioned in the video that he recently went through good speech therapy and has been recovering slowly and steadily. He also stated that his siblings and brother-in-law have been very helpful in the current situation. In the end, Rahul also reassured that he will be back in action as soon as possible.
