As you know that it was the last weekend of Season 4 on Weekend With Ramesh last week, which means that sadly while the season has ended, there is a chance for more in the next season. That also means that another show has to take its place now, right? So get ready because from this week Dance Karnataka Dance – Family War 2 begins on Zee Kannada. But more on that later.

For now, let’s take a look at what happened on the Grand Finale episode. Host Ramesh Aravind gave a big surprise to all the fans by bringing not one not two but 12 guests to speak a little bit about their passion. The first guest was the stand-up Kannada comedian, Gangavathi Pranesh, who gave humorous moments to the audience from his life. Take a look at a small glimpse of the episode here.

The next guest to talk to the audience and answer some of their questions was the Kickboxer Girish Gowda. The gold-medalist spoke briefly about his journey after 175 matches causing the audience to cheer louder than ever for him.

The famous speed-painter Vilas Nayak was next on the stage to talk a little about his life and journey as a painter. Some emotional moments swept the audience thoroughly followed by his painting. Scroll next to see it…

A massive asset for Sandalwood is the writer, poet and lyricist Jayanth Kaikini, also known as Kannadada Kanmani. The humble gentlemen narrated his experience on the red seat to the audience and gave the audience a brilliant moral of the story by the end of his speech.

Founder and CEO of an eco-friendly patented company, Envigreen, that deals with 100% eco-friendly and 180-day biodegradable plastic-free bags, was also a guest on the show. And his journey will leave you floored. Starting from scratch this man is self-made!

A guest from Season 4, Prakash Belawadi, the well-known environmental-activist, actor and theatre personality came on the Grand Finale to address the dire need of taking care of the environment. His speech left everyone speechless because the environment is truly a cause for concern and we as citizens must do something about it before it is too late.

The retired judge of the Supreme Court Of India, the ex-Solicitor General of India and a part of the Lokayukta in the state of Karnataka from 2006-2011, welcome the next guest, Mr Santhosh Hegde. He had just one plea from the youth that they take control in their hand. Take a look at the gist of his speech here along with the next guest Kavitha Mishra.

As you would have seen in the previous clip, Kavitha Mishra has done a lot in terms of the progress of the agricultural sector in her town of Raichur. She urges the youth to join hands together to help bring up the rural development of their villages.

Popularly known as Chinnari Mutha, Vijay Raghavendra was next on stage. He began by teaching Ramesh Aravind a few steps of a dance. He then told fans about how important it is to be a good human being with qualities like kindness, care and compassion.

With a vision of seeing a clean Bengaluru once again, 25-year-old Anirudh Dutt started a cleaning drive in 2013 called Let’s Be The Change. He is also the Youth Ambassador of BBMP and came next on the Grand Finale to tell the audience about his journey and vision.

The founder of Areca Tea, Nivedan Nempe narrated his humble beginnings to the audience and told them what inspired him to become an entrepreneur. This included the time when his father, unfortunately, passed away and to study in college, he and his siblings had to let go of a meal of the day.

Known famously as the ‘Writing Machine’ of Sandalwood, the veteran Jogi was welcomed on stage next. The guest spoke about the importance of reading literature. He gave a very relatable audience and was rewarded with heavy claps in the end.

With over 90 guests including Sumalatha Ambareesh, Prakash Belawadi, Padma Bhushan Veerendra Heggade, Roaring Star Sriimurali, Padma Vibhushan Narayana Murthy and many more, Host Ramesh Aravind and the red seat have never given us a dull moment, sad moment yes, but never a dull moment!
