Pookalam Varavayi: Here’s proof why Sharmilla is a master in hatching evil plans!

Be it her fun chemistry with Avantika or the renowned enmity with Samyuktha, Sharmilla (Sonia Jose) will always remain a favourite for Pookalam Varavayi fans. Her evil plans have given us some of the most intense moments and she has introduced the most interesting characters on the show. So, here is a list of the best plans against Samyuktha from our favourite villainess Sharmilla!

1. Sharmilla gives poisoned milk to Saptathi

Sharmilla doesn’t agree with the idea of Harshan marrying Saptathi as she is a threat to her secrets. Sharmilla plans to kill her by poisoning her milk before the day of her marriage with Harshan. Samyuktha who was expecting such a crooked move from Sharmilla plans ahead to sabotage the plan. It was one of the best moments on the show as Sharmilla is made to drink the poisoned milk by Samyuktha.

2. Sharmilla hires Rasheed

One of the best characters introduced by Sharmilla was her contract killer Rasheed. Even though he failed miserably, Rasheed gave us some of the best moments on the show. He was asked to shoot Saptathi and Samyuktha but Ashokan’s timely intervention saves the day. Sharmilla even loses a lot of money as Rasheed comes back to threaten her with the secrets he knew.

3. Saptathi believes Sharmilla’s lies

Sharmilla lies to Saptathi about Harshan’s horoscope and makes her take an oath not to have any physical relationship with him. Sharmilla figures out that her move will destroy their relationship but it backfires on her as Saptathi’s bond with Harshan only grows stronger. Saptathi later figures out the truth from Samyuktha but its too late for her as Harshan decides to take up fasting to support Sharmilla’s oath.

4. Velappan and Avantika

It was Sharmilla’s idea to bring Velappan, the snake charmer into the story. She makes Avantika show Velappan Samyuktha’s room and put the snake in there to kill her. Sharmilla’s plan almost works out but Abhimanyu’s timely intervention saves Samyuktha. It is only a matter of time until Samyuktha find out that it was Sharmilla who tried to kill her.
