On the occasion of World Youth Skills Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation. This is the 5th anniversary of the launch of Skill India Mission. While speaking with the youth of the nation, Modi said that one of the biggest strengths of the youth is the skill sets that they possess. The Prime Minister also highlighted how the work culture and nature of jobs have changed during this Coronavirus pandemic. He further gave an important message by saying that, to stay relevant in these changing times one needs to skill, reskill, and upskill.

Modi also encouraged the youth by telling them to be learners at heart and continuously upgrade themselves to sustain in this competitive world. He motivated the youth of the nation to be self-employed and be job creators instead of job seekers.
