Pakistan Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed Threatens India With Nuclear War
“No question of conventional war. This will be a bloody atomic war,” said Minister.
Pakistan’s Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has once again come under fire for his comments on India. While speaking to a news channel, the Minister said that if a war were to take place between India and Pakistan, it will be an atomic war instead of a conventional one. He also said that Pakistan’s army was far inferior to India’s in conventional weaponry, and they would therefore have to use a nuclear bomb.
This is not the first time that Rasheed has threatened India with war. Last August, he had said that India will be fighting a full-fledged war against Pakistan in October or November over Kashmir. During that time, he had claimed that it was time for the “last battle for the liberation of Kashmir” and the war with India would be “full and final.” His comments are in opposition to Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s views on war. Khan had stated earlier that war between two nuclear-armed nations will not end well.
