Operation Clean: CM Yogi Adityanath Prepares List Of UP Criminals For Police
From each district of the state, a list of criminals will be sent to Uttar Pradesh Police headquarters in Lucknow for review by the DGP.
Uttar Pradesh Police will once again run ‘Operation Clean’ in the state. Chief Minister Yogi Aditynanath has instructed the Director-General of Police (DGP) Hitesh Chandra Awasthi for this. In every district of Uttar Pradesh, the plea of criminals will be ready. It will be formed on the basis of the crime. From each district of the state, a list of history-sheeters will be sent to Uttar Pradesh Police Headquarters in Lucknow. The DGP will review the district-wise convicts. The police will launch an ‘Operation Clean’ campaign against the history-sheeters and the elder criminals.
After the Kanpur shootout incident and the encounter of gangster Vikas Dubey, CM Yogi Adityanath is furious and is constantly in confidence with DGP Awasthi. The CM has instructed the police to run the ‘Operation Clean’ campaign to wipe out the criminals and mafias. Vikas Dubey’s henchmen had opened fire on the police team who went to arrest the gangster, late night, in Kanpur, on July 2. In this encounter, eight personnel of UP Police were martyred.
