No Evidence Of Rape In Hathras Victim FSL Report: BJP Spokesperson
The UP Police and BJP spokesperson Shalabh mani Tripathi have said that the forensics report of the Hathras victim confirms that she wasn’t raped
Amidst massive public outrage over the brutal gangrape and death of the 19-year-old Dalit girl from Hathras, the police is denying the charges of her rape. A video has surfaced online where the family of the victim is also being pressurised to deny the rape of their daughter.
The Uttar Pradesh police has maintained the same stance of no sexual assault on the young woman right from the beginning of their interrogation. Now BJP Spokesperson Shalabh Mani Tripathi has also corroborated this claim while talking to a channel exclusively. According to him, the postmortem report from the hospital and the Forensics Science Laboratory (FSL) report does not mention rape anywhere. He added that this is a narrative by the opposition. He referred to the victim’s statement that is now viral, where she only mentions being hit on the head and strangled by Sandeep, the prime accused in the case.
As the matter has become a widely politicised issue now, the Yogi Adityanath government is under tremendous pressure to reveal the truth behind the brutal murder and ensure justice for the bereaved family.
