There was a point in Neethane Enthan Ponvasantham when Anu was contemplating resigning from her job at the Prakash Group of Industries and was stopped by Surya because she is truly one of the most efficient and hardworking employees that the company has ever seen. While Anu’s father asks her to leave the organisation and look for another job, she decides to do just that since she cannot go against her father’s wishes, but we’re sure she can never find another company like the Prakash Group of companies.

The organisation did all that it could so thatAnu could pursue her studies and work to support her family at the same time. They gave her a break from work during her exams so she could concentrate on her work. Apart from that, Surya was never objected when she put family above her work. When she dropped out of going to London only because her father said so, it wasn’t looked at as an unprofessional move but was lauded by everyone.
