Post the release of the film on July 31, 2020, the makers have released lyrical videos of the movie’s songs on social media. Amongst the handful of songs in the film, Paropakaram Punyaya is the first one to make its way on to the internet. The track is composed by music director Prajwal Krish. It is a rich track with energetic beats and earthy tones. The song touches its crescendo during the chorus and that’s when you will be hooked on to it.
The lyrics of this song go ‘eedi karmaku phalitham eede‘ which loosely translates to we are the ones to bear the fruits of our deeds. It further says ‘nede karmaku phalitham repe‘ which means that our deeds will come back to a full circle. Although the lyrics talk about the protagonist in the film, this song can be applied to anyone and everyone. It reminds us of the basic principle that everything we do will come back to us, both the good and bad. After all, what goes around, comes around.
