Amaninder Pal Singh aka Ranjha from Heer Ranjha one of the fittest gabrus of Zee Punjabi serials. The actor has gone through a drastic transformation and is now a prominent face in the showbiz. Aman takes his fitness very seriously and his workout videos can give the perfect jumpstart to your week.

It seems that Aman was born to depict Ranjha on-screen. While studying at Chandigarh University, Aman had played Ranjha in one of his college plays in 2016, and now he is doing a brilliant job in the Punjabi TV show too. Well, he is quite focused and believes in doing the best, be it in acting or shaping the body. Check it out his focus while doing the bench press.

While studying college, Aman was even in a Bhangra group, which he left for the theatre group and risked the ire of some of his friends. But now, all of his friends applaud him for taking such a risk. And here also while doing pull-ups, Aman says that you have to climb the highest peak to get the best view.
