Kundali Bhagya 24 August 2023 Written Update: Karan pays money for Preeta’s treatment

In the previous episode of Kundali Bhagya, Nidhi feels at peace after Shambhu runs over Preeta at her behest. Srishti rushes Preeta to the hospital and the doctors operate on her. Aarohi suggests Nidhi to visit the hospital to check whether Preeta is actually dead. Nidhi arrives at the hospital and starts looking for Preeta. Rakhi returns home with shopping bags and gift boxes. She introduces Karam and Pari to her family and promises to watch their film in theatres. After finding Preeta’s room, Nidhi enters it and tries to strangle her. Preeta regains consciousness and starts retaliating. In a fit of rage, Nidhi takes an injection and administers it to Preeta. Nidhi learns that it was poison and gets sure that Preeta will now be dead soon. She runs into Nidhi while leaving the room. Nidhi walks away when they get into an argument. The Luthras get worried as Dadi gets injured while dancing.

In the latest episode of Kundali Bhagya, Kareena, Rakhi and Palki struggle to look after Dadi as she suffers a foot fracture while trying to dance. Rakhi calls up Karan, who asks her to take Dadi to the hospital. Aarohi arrives at the hospital to meet Nidhi. After learning about Nidhi’s struggle to kill Preeta, Aarohi suggests her to call Nilesh. Nidhi calls up Nilesh to ask him to finish his assignment of killing Preeta. Kareena is shocked to see Nidhi at the hospital. Dadi tells them to avoid and asks them to take her to the hospital.

Karan arrives at the hospital and arrives outside Preeta’s room. Preeta regains consciousness and struggles to call him because of being bedridden. Nidhi tells Aarohi that the Luthras have come there for Dadi’s treatment. Aarohi asks Nidhi to calm down and reminds her that Nilesh will take care of the matter. Srishti receives Rajveer’s call and informs him about Preeta’s accident. Rajveer rushes to the hospital to check on Preeta. Nilesh tells Nidhi that Shambhu is not available, but he offers another way to handle the matter.

Karan enters Dadi’s room and starts shouting at her for being careless about her health. Kareena and Rakhi scold Karan for lashing out at Dadi, who immediately starts defending Karan. The hospital staff tells Karan that he has run out of balance in his account. Soon, they get into a conversation about his credit card and importance of money. Srishti gets worried when the hospital staff asks her to arrange money for Preeta’s treatment. Karan pays for Preeta’s treatment, which pleases the hospital staff. Nidhi tells Aarohi how she is always worried because of Preeta’s existence. Srishti overhears Nidhi telling Nilesh about Preeta’s room number. She questions Nidhi whether she has been conspiring to kill Preeta.
