Kundali Bhagya 09 August 2022 Written Update: Arjun tries to marry Preeta forcibly after getting drunk

In the previous episode of Kundali Bhagya, Prithvi sneaks into Kritika’s room with a devious plan. During a group dance, Preeta dances with Arjun. She runs to her room after getting emotional when she misses Karan. Preeta runs into a disguised Prithvi but fails to notice him. Prithvi feels amazed to see her crying and suddenly Srishti comes there. Srishti goes to Preeta’s room to talk to her about her feelings. Arjun eavesdrops on them standing outside the room and learns that Preeta still misses him. Anjali takes Arjun away from there and reminds him that he still loves Preeta. She claims that he just pretends to be angry with Preeta. Daljeet comes to Preeta’s room and lies to Srishti that she was in an affair to send Srishti out. After Srishti leaves, Daljeet suggests Preeta to start taking care of Rishabh too. Preeta goes back to the living room and dances with Rishabh to make him feel better. Meanwhile, Vishnu tells Raja that Arjun had confessed that he is Rishabh’s brother.

In the latest episode of Kundali Bhagya, Arjun learns that Preeta misses him but thinks that she is just feeling guilty for her actions. Dadi’s friend Surekha and her granddaughter Sonia aka Sona visit her. Prithvi teams up with Raja and his team. Arjun goes out to the living room and sees Rishabh and Preeta performing a wedding ritual at Surekha’s behest. He feels shattered to see this and resorts to drinking. However, Anjali comes there to take him to a room.

In a moment of weakness, Arjun confesses to Anjali that he loves Preeta. Anjali tries to reason with him to remind him that he should not love Preeta as she had tried to kill him. Arjun says that he wants to find out why Preeta killed him but not his feelings for her. He gets adamant about meeting Preeta and revealing to her that he is Karan. Anjali tries unsuccessfully to convince Arjun to stop doing this and then leaves the room. Arjun, in a state of intoxication, goes to Preeta’s room to profess his feelings for her.

Preeta is shocked to hear all this and tries hard to keep away from him. Arjun sets a curtain ablaze to perform a marriage ritual with Preeta, who pushes him away. Anjali comes there to stop this and apologises to Preeta for all this. Preeta tells Anjali about Arjun’s plan to forcibly marry her. Anjali lies to her that Arjun had proposed marriage to even her in a state of intoxication. Sherlyn, disguised as a waiter, arrives at the Luthra Mansion to find Prithvi and runs into Rishabh.
