Kundali Bhagya 08 January 2021 Written Update: Preeta fails to reveal about Akshay to Kritika

In the previous episode of Kundali Bhagya, Preata arrives at the Luthra house and sees Kritika and Srishti with all her new dresses. Kritika reveals how she met Akshay during their college days. During their conversation, Kritika reveals about feeling a disconnect when he was living in Dubai. Preeta’s questions makes Srishti feel strange. Sherlyn arrives home and tells Mahira about Preeta suspecting Akshay. Mahira suggests her to use this to turn Akshay against Preeta. Sherlyn decides to use Akshay to turn everyone against Preeta. Later, Kareena threatens Preeta to give the responsibility of Kritika’s wedding preparations to Mahira. Preeta visits the Arora house and talks to Sarla and Srishti about her observations related to Akshay. Preeta calls Kritika her sister and this makes Srishti feel jealous. Preeta notices this and then pacifies her. After talking to Srishti, Preeta decides to find more about Akshay. Suddenly, Akshay and Ruchika run into Kritika outside a supermarket.

In the latest episode of Kundali Bhagya,  Akshay and Ruchika enjoy shopping at a supermarket. They run into Kritika while leaving from there. Kritika assumes that he is here to surprise her and she quickly gets inside. Ruchika stays hidden at the backseat. He quickly drops Kritika at the Luthra house. Kritika insists him to come inside, but he makes excuse of office work.  Kritika sees the red dress that she had chosen at the mall. She asks Akshay about it on seeing it stuck in his car’s door. However, Akshay quickly comes out and distracts her by a hug. Preeta and Rakhi make arrangements for the ‘jaago’ function. Karan arrives there and makes an excuse to take Preeta in the room. Kritika comes to tease him. He begins to tease her by calling her a trouble that Akshay is taking home. Kritika asks Rakhi to preare a Moong Dal Halwa for her. Later, they all gather at the ‘jaago’ function, wherein Sanjana pretends to be unaware of Sherlyn’s pregnancy. Sherlyn proudly tells Sanjana that Ramona and Mahira know her truth. She taunts Ramona whether she is Rakhi’s best friend. This upsets Ramona and Mahira and they walk away from her.

Sanjana advises Sherlyn to be careful of what she speaks for others. However, Sherlyn bluntly avoids her advice. Akshay arrives with his family and the Luthras welcome them. Kareena introduces them to Sanjana and Rakhi introduces them to Ramona. On asking about Kritika, Mahira tells that she will go and bring her. Meanwhile, Preeta gets Kritika ready for the function. During this, she asks Kritika whether she will be fine if the wedding gets cancelled. She asks Kritika what if she finds a person who loves her more than Akshay. Kritika fails to understand her hints and assumes that Preeta is just concerned for her. Preeta keeps worrying about Kritika and fails to reveal about Akshay to her. Preeta makes Kritika promise that she will come and tell her if there is any problem ever. Karan arrives there and Kritika teases him again. Karan feels nice to see Preeta and cuddles her by making an excuse. Preeta catches his lie and he confesses that he loves to cuddle her. Kritika smiles after seeing Karan get romantic. Karan escorts her outside and Preeta begins to recall the sweet moments with Karan.
