In the next episode, Srishti looks for Sarla and Janki at home and realises that they must be busy making arrangements for Janmashtami. Sameer makes a phone call to Srishti to inform her about Sonakshi’s arrival. However, she continues to say a lot of things after his revelation and does not let him complete. Meanwhile, Prithvi questions Sherlyn about fighting with Kritika. He tries to remind Sherlyn that her fights can force him and Kritika to move in together. An infuriated Sherlyn avoids listening to his advice and gets into a heated argument with him.

Rakhi has a feeling that Janmashtami will bring a chance for Preeta to become the mother of a lovely child. However, Dr Anchal tells Karan and Preeta that curing Preeta’s fertility issues will take longer time than she had expected. An emotionally shattered Preeta goes away to deal with her pain alone. Karan goes to pacify her and Kareena comes up with an idea to handle this complex issue. Kareena suggests to Dadi and Rakhi that Preeta and Karan can adopt a child from her friend’s orphanage.

Sherlyn, who was feeling nice to see Preeta hurt, gets shocked when she hears Kareena’s suggestion. Dadi, Kareena, Rakhi and Karan feel happy when Preeta agrees to adopt a child. Sherlyn loses her cool and begins to worry about her and Prithvi’s future. She feels sorry for fighting with Prithvi and begins to look for him. Unaware of this, Prithvi enjoys having tea with Kritika, but Sherlyn’s phone call shocks him. Later, Preeta prays to God for a child and she suddenly sees a child donning Lord Krishna’s attire entering the house. Karan and Preeta walk ahead to talk to the little child.
