Karan Singh Grover shared the first video of him sitting with his legs folded. The actor was seen balancing himself on pilates rings. The workout needs a lot of strength and energy but Karan Singh Grover made it look efficient and easy. Apart from strength training and pilates, Karana also performs weight training and stretching to remain fit. In one of his videos, he was seen stretching his body and balancing with the help of the incline dumbell press. Some people complain that they do not have the right equipment to work out at home in order to stay fit. They should, however, take inspiration from Karan Singh Grover who took the help of a wall to perform overhead pushups, for a toned chest.
Karan Singh Grover is a complete fitness freak and never leaves a chance to flaunt his great physique. He was spotted with his wife and actress Bipasha Basu, in Mumbai. He chose a plain white T-shirt, flaunting his muscles and a pair of blue and white checkered pants. Karan went for a pair of funky yellow sunglasses and completed his look with a cap. Bipasha Basu, on the other hand, chose a short animal print, brown flare dress, and completed her look with a pair of dramatic sunglasses.
