Kanpur Shootout: Autopsy Reports Of Slain Cops Reveal Gruesome Manner In Which They Were Killed
Horrific details have come forth from the postmortem reports of the eight slain policemen.
News about the Kanpur shootout incident involving gangster Vikas Dubey keeps getting more serious. Now, the autopsy reports of the eight policemen who were killed in the ambush have come out, revealing the gruesome manner in which they were slain by the gangster’s men. The autopsy says that Deputy Superindent of Police (DSP) Devendra Mishra was shot in the head from close range, as a result of which his head was mutilated from the body.
It has also come to light from the postmortem reports that Constable Bablu was shot on his forehead and his chest. Sub Inspector Anoop Kumar was shot with seven bullets. Moreover, Constable Jeetendra was shot at with an AK47 rifle, as per the autopsy reports. From these details, it seems as if the gangsters were not looking at escaping and did not fire in self-defence. Their motive, it seems, was indeed to unleash fury and kill the policemen.
