Janhvi Kapoor Wraps Up Shoot Of Mili Produced By Her Father Boney Kapoor; Actress Pens Note Filled With Gratitude

Janhvi Kapoor has created a special place for herself in the Bollywood industry since she started her career. With the help of her gorgeous looks and apt acting skills, she has lifted herself in the industry. The young actress is going to lead in the movie Mili, produced by her father Boney Kapoor for the first time. And now, Janhvi has wrapped up the shoot of the film. She has shared several memorable pictures from the film’s shoot on social media along with a note.

Taking to her Instagram account, Janhvi Kapoor wrote a lengthy and heartwarming note. Sharing the series of photos, Janhvi wrote that it was a wrap of Milli her first film with her papa (father), of whom she had only heard stories of all her life as a producer. In her caption while addressing her father she wrote, after working with him she feels so cool to say that she finally knows what everyone means when they say Boney Kapoor gives heart and soul to each film one takes up.

Adding further to the caption she wrote that that wasn’t the only reason Mili is so special to her, it’s been the most inspiring journey to work with someone so completely consumed by his focus and love for cinema like Mathukutty Xavier. Further, Janhvi gave her vote of thanks to her father Boney Kapoor and Noble Thomas for their guidance and patience. She also thanked them for reinstating her belief that if one works honestly enough and hard enough, however tough the journey is, it’s still the closest thing to magic. Janhvi also added that it’s worth everything. She also hopes that all also feel the same way while watching the film. On a concluding note, Janhvi Kapoor wrote that she hopes they make Boney Kapoor proud. Saying thank you for this journey to Boney, Janhvi concluded.

Speaking of the photos, the first picture shows a clapperboard with Mili written on it and Janhvi giving a shot behind it. The second picture shows Boney Kapoor and Janhvi in the middle of a conversation. The other pictures show glimpses of Janhvi’s character of a waiter at a fast food joint in various moods. In one picture of her filming, a scene with co-star Manoj Pahwa can also be seen.

Speaking of the film, Mili is a survival thriller starring Janhvi Kapoor and also stars Manoj Pahwa and Sunny Kaushal. They reportedly play her onscreen father and boyfriend, respectively. Mili is the remake of the 2019 Malayalam film, Helen.
