Is This How Abhi And Soundarya’s Love Story Will Start In Muddha Mandaram?

It has been some time since the generational leap took place in the Telugu TV show Muddha Mandaram. After the 20-year leap, we have been introduced to Soundarya and Abhinandan (Abhi), played by Thanuja Gowda and Pavan Sae. Before the leap, we lost Parvathi (Thanuja) and Deva (Pavan) in a car accident just when things were getting better for the couple. Although their sudden death was unexpected and heartbreaking, we have got a new ray of hope with Abhi and Soundarya.

Soundarya, is born to Parvathi’s brother while Abhinandan’s only family consists of street children and a friend. Soundarya is treated like a princess in her not-so-well to do family and Abhinandan is the one who takes care of everyone and runs a garage. Both are young and mischievous. Every time they are on screen they call for trouble.

So far, we have seen that Abhi has stolen Soundarya’s tiffin, called her names, stolen her earring and made fun of her in front of her friends. He shared the tiffin with children who stay with him and Soundarya got  an earful from her mother, who she calls ‘Sarasu’. The next day Soundarya spots her carriage on Abhi’s bike and requests him to return it. He stops his bike and teases her for her plaited hair. They may be fighting on the streets and creating a scene at the moment, but fate definitely has bigger plans for the two. Now, Abhi and Soundarya along with Krish (Parvathi and Deva’s son) and Chaitra join the same college.

On the first day of the college, by a weird chance, Soundarya and Abhi are seated at the same place and unknowingly share the same fruit. We’re predicting that theirs will be a college romance that starts with endless fights and ends with unconditional love. Despite belonging to different generations and families, Abhi and Soundarya are here to rewrite and relive Parvathi and Deva’s love story. The former generation was shy, calm and sensitive. This generation is outgoing and aggressive. Whose story will be better?
