To enter the bio-secure bubble again he will have to go through the quarantine process again and once he has completed the period he can join his teammates and practice for the upcoming season.

The season of IPL 2021 will start on April 9 and the first match will be played between the reigning champion Mumbai Indians and Virat’s Royal Challenger Bangalore. The match will be played in MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. This will be followed by a match between MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals on April 10 in Wankhade Stadium, Mumbai.

Royal Challengers Bangalore has not performed very well in the past. In the last 13 years, the team has not lifted the IPL trophy in as champions. It had reached the finals of the league once in 2016 but they lost to Sunrisers Hyderabad. In IPL 2020, Royal Challengers Bangalore reached the playoffs but they could not succeed in the finals. This time the team has made many changes in their players, excluding players like Aaron Finch, and has added Glenn Maxwell to their team.
