India digital surgical strike on China continues after it recently banned some major Chinese apps. Previously, India had banned around 59 Chinese apps which adversely affected China’s economy. Along with the digital surgical strike, India has stopped many infrastructural projects with China. The boycott China movements began soon after India-China face-off intensified at the Pangong lake and Galwan valley. India’s anti-China movement has severely affected the operations of many Chinese companies based in India. The Indian Railways also cancelled its deal with China where the country was going to import high-speed trains.

According to the news reports, Chinese apps have lost one of the biggest markets and have incurred tremendous losses. Sources also state that Indian oil companies have also cancelled their tenders with China thus landing yet another blow to the Chinese economy.
