The Indian Pro Music League is all set to begin on Zee TV soon. A one of its kind reality show, IPML will be a singing reality competition in the format of a sports premier league. The show will feature six teams, representing six of the Indian states or cities. Each team will have three captains, who are singers or music composers. One of the teams, Bengal Tigers has the captains Shaan, Rituraj Mohanty, and Akriti Kakkar. Take a look at the team’s promo with Mumbai Warriors.
After this promo, all the teams and the captains also featured in the show’s anthem, composed by Sajid Khan. The team Bengal Tigers is being represented by the actor Govinda, his wife and daughter.
Very recently, the captains of the Bengal Tigers, Shaan, Akriti and Rituraj also featured in this team promo. The promo video was posted on the Instagram page of Zee TV. It not only features the three captains but also shows parts of the beautiful Bengali culture. The background music in the video is the tune of the IPML anthem. Take a look!

Shaan has been one of the most celebrated and loved singers of Bollywood. Some of his most recent works include Har Dafaa from Yaara, Jeele Mere Dil from Shukranu, and Phirse Saja Do Duniya Saari, a devotional song. Rituraj Mohanty’s recent works include Sapne Mein and Mhara Dholna. Akriti Kakkar’s works include Saajna and the devotional song, Om Gajanan Siddhivinayak.

Very recently, two of the captains of the UP Dabbangs team, Ankit Tiwary and Payal Dev had also posted a video of their singing and getting all prepped up for the Indian Pro Music League. The show will soon begin on Zee TV and will also premiere on ZEE5.
IPML’s opening ceremony premieres on 26 February at 8 pm on ZeeTV and ZEE5.
