Indian skipper Virat Kohli, right-handed batsman Rohit Sharma and vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane were seen perfecting their form today. The playing 11 of the 3rd match of the series were Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ajnkya Rahane, Rishabh Pant, Washington Sundar, R Ashwin, Jasprit Bumrah, Axar Patel, and Ishant Sharma which might change for the 4th test match, as there are speculations that Kohli might give Umesh Yadav a chance and include him in place of Jasprit Bumrah.
In the first test match of the series, India lost to England but then won the 2nd test match by 277 runs and surprised everyone when they won the 3rd test match with 10 wickets to spare. Unlike the previous matches of the series, the final test match will be played with a red ball instead of a pink ball. It will be interesting to see how the team changes strategy and technique with the new ball. The practice session today was more focused on brushing up the fielding skills of the players rather than the batting or bowling aspect of the match.
