Actress Rhea Chakraborty, prime suspect in the Sushant Singh Rajput death mystery, finally spoke to a channel yesterday and cleared the air about certain speculations.
On her phone calls with Bandra Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Abhishek Trimukhe, she said that she spoke to the senior officer in the capacity of a witness and as a part of her investigations in the case. Rhea also disclosed that she exchanged more calls with Trimukhe, following the numerous death threats and rape threats that she and her friends received every day and continue to receive till now.
Chakraborty also busted the myth about the Mumbai police’s friendliness towards her, clarifying that they were very firm all along.
Talking about her relationship with Sushant, the Jalebi actress called him the most loving partner. She further revealed that the late actor was deeply disturbed by the blind articles maligning his reputation as well as the me too allegations on him. He often spoke to her about relocating to Pavana, where he owned a farmhouse or to Coorg in south India.
On being asked about the lack of any Bollywood personality supporting her, she urged her fellow film industry members to support the truth.
The model turned actress also shared her displeasure about the Enforcement Directorate (ED) leaking her personal WhatsApp chats to the media, which were taken from her as forensic evidence.
