Helen Mirren takes over over social media in her gold gown

Dame Helen Lydia Mirren, the 76-year-old actress known for her powerful performances and enigmatic screen presence has once again floored the world with her elegant appearance at Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Moda Show in Venice. The actress took no prisoners when she arrived elegantly via water taxi for the show donning a ball gown.

In an ornate gown with an embroidered gold corset, sheer sleeves, and a skirt adorned with Renaissance images, she looked majestic. Mirren wore her hair in an updo for the special occasion, matching her gold earrings to the intricate bodice of her gown. Helen was seen dancing in the rain with her co-star Vin Diesel, unfazed by the weather as she shared the picture of the duo on Instagram handle captioned, ‘I danced in the rain with VIN DIESEL!’.

Jennifer Lopez, Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Normani, and Doja Cat were among the celebrities in attendance at the high-fashion event this weekend. Further for the event, keeping her elegance intact she shimmered and shone in her silver gown while attending the star-studded fashion show with her husband Taylor Hackford.

The star’s three-quarter-length gown had gem-encrusted accents at the waist and the hem of her skirt, highlighting her tiny shape. Sharp black lace-up shoes and a matching clutch completed her gorgeous attire. Her fans expressed their excitement and delight on social media handles. One compliment was ‘You are the epitome of living your best life!!’. And none other than Julia Bradbury teased her on her little dance with Vin Diesel ‘I hope he gave you a lift home’.
