Hathras Case: Victim’s Family Appear Before Allahabad High Court To Record Their Statements

For the family’s complete safety District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police accompanied them to the court.

Today, October 12, the Hathras rape victim’s family will appear before Allahabad high court today to record their statement. Sub-divisional magistrate Anjali Gangwar said that proper security arrangements have been made and moreover District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police will also accompany victim’s family. Sources also claim that top officials and other people related to this case will also record their final statements at the court. The SIT (Special Investigating Team), ED (Enforcement Directorate)and CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) have taken charge of investigating the case. While justice to the victim is still underway, political parties are using this situation for their own benefits.

It is alleged that the Congress party is using this situation to create disputes on the grounds of caste and religion. BJP members claim that the Yogi Aditynath government has always strived to give justice to the Hathras victim and will do every possible thing until the family members are satisfied with the probe.
