The Hathras gangrape and murder case has created outrage all across the country. While justifying the cremation of the Dalit girl without the consent family members, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the cremation was necessary to save the state from violent protests. After thorough investigation, many locals allege that members of Bhim Army were continuously provoking them to carry out violent protests. Latest news reports state that an FIR has been filed against Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad and 400-500 unnamed people under multiple sections.

Sources also allege that the Bhim Army is encouraging casteism and wants to disrupt the peace in the state. They have no intentions to provide justice to the victim or support her family members. Several other parties met the victim’s family and left, however the Bhim Army continued to stay there and provoked people to revolt against the government.
