Recently, on November 24, 2020, Gul Panag took to her official Instagram handle in order to share a video of herself doing push-ups in a saree. She can be seen wearing a beige colour cotton saree with a dark brown border and brown floral design printed on it. She has worn a dark brown colour half-sleeve plain cotton blouse, a bindi on her forehead, and a gold chain around her neck. From the background, it seems like Gul Panag is inside a vanity van, in between shots. Gul Panag captioned the post, “Whenever . Another video shared by the actor earlier showcased her performing push-ups at home while she was being adorably interrupted by her son and pet dog. In this video, Gul Panag can be seen wearing comfortable gym clothes and has her hair tied in a bun. From the many different videos that Gul Panag has shared, one can easily make out that push-ups are Gul Panag’s favourite form of exercise. In October 2020, the actor had taken to her official Instagram handle to share a video explaining the many different types/ forms of push-ups. She shared the video in which Gul Panag can be seen doing those forms of push-ups as her caption reads, “Narrow stance. 💁🏻‍♀️ I get a lot of comments on the ‘form’ when I post push up variations. They key is to do multiple variations of forms, friends. So in addition to the primary pectorals, one can train biceps, deltoids and trapezius too. So there’s technically no one correct form.
