In the previous episode of Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega, Pushpa, Niya, Sona and Saraswati beat up Choti Guddan. Agastya returns to find an unconscious Choti Guddan. She slips into coma, and Agastya blames himself for her condition.

In the next episode of Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega, Niya wakes up in the middle of the night to find Choti Guddan in her room, clad in a white sari. Pushpa, Sona and Saraswati come rushing into her room on hearing her screams. Pushpa doesn’t believe Niya but Sona finds footprints in the room. Pushpa calls Agastya to confirm that Choti Guddan is at the hospital. Perplexed as to what is going on, Sona goes to check outside the window and sees a figure leaving the house. Everyone rushes to follow the woman, but she disappears.
At the hospital, a devastated Agastya pleads with Lord Krishna to help Choti Guddan. Her situation gets critical, but she pulls through. In a bid to revive Choti Guddan, Agastya makes her listen to her unborn child’s heartbeat and she opens her eyes. The doctor informs Agastya that it will take time for all her senses to regain functioning and that she isn’t completely conscious yet.
The next morning, Pushpa, Niya, Sona and Saraswati get cryptic threats. They realise that somebody knows the truth about what they did to Choti Guddan. They question the watchman, and he agrees that a woman in a white sari had entered the house. He also confirms that it was Choti Guddan, leaving everyone baffled.
