Former Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni has been making headlines because of his new venture at the Ranchi farmhouse. The cricketer has been growing several vegetables like tomatoes, french beans, and broccoli. The vegetables are catering to the demand of the Ranchi market and sold at a particular shop with Dhoni’s photo on the board. Among these vegetables and fruits, his farmhouse’s strawberry yields are the talk of the town.
MS Dhoni shared a video on his Instagram handle where he was seen breaking a ripe strawberry from a grown bunch. He also gave a look at his organic and fresh produce at the Izaa farmhouse. The cricketer has a big land and so around 80-120 kgs of produce is exported to Ranchi market every day.
Izaa farm is 8 km from Dhoni’s residence and so the cricketer often visits to inspect the produce, harvest, and export. He is also seen closely checking the production of vegetables and fruits. Dhoni and his wife Sakshi love strawberries and it is because of their passion for the fruit that Dhoni has cultivated strawberries extensively in his farmhouse. Actually, strawberries have anti-oxidant properties and polyphenol compounds, which are very beneficial for health.
Earlier, a video of Mahi’s daughter, Ziva went viral on the internet where she was seen picking out vegetables for dinner. She looked adorable in the video and fans in a huge number were left in complete awe of her beautiful video. In the video, Ziva can be seen sitting surrounded by some homegrown vegetables and talking about them. “From the bagaan,” she can be heard telling her mother Sakshi when asked where the vegetables were from. “The Love for Veggies ! #homegrown,” the post was captioned.
