Geet Dholi 09 June 2023 Written Update: Geet abandons the Mehras and her own family

In the previous episode of Geet Dholi, Samrat obsessively looks through gifts her brought for Geet to give on their wedding day and thanks Gunjan for leading him closer to Geet. Samrat promises to Gunjan that he has a plan for Gunjan as well. Meanwhile, Geet recalls all the fond memories she had with Malhar and wonders how the Mehras have changed their stance about the love Malhar and Geet shared. Geet resolves to make Malhar proud despite his death and ensure that she sets a legacy for him. Surjeet and Sudha Rani pacify Geet as she cries bitterly. They ask Geet to quickly pack her bags but Geet refuses to take anything that belongs to the Mehras and only plans to take memories she shared with Malhar. In the interim, Lahouran picks a fight with JK, Jasleen and Simone about unfairly ousting Geet right after Malhar’s untimely death. Lahouran asks Simone to leave the Mehra House at once and stop interfering in personal discussions.

In the next episode of Geet Dholi, Lahouran tries to change the Mehras’ minds about their decision to oust Geet. Both Jasleen and Kammo insist their wish to oust Geet is immoral. They justify their skewed decision to oust her and Diamond joins the charade with Ruby. The Mehras unanimously wish for Geet to leave the Mehra House at the earliest owing to Malhar’s death. Soon enough, Geet walks out of her room to leave the Mehra House and Lahouran tries to convince Geet against leaving for good. However, Geet sticks to her decision and plans to abandon the Mehra House. Everyone except Lahouran refuses to bless Geet and parts bitterly with her. Geet realises her worth and leaves after taking a picture of Malhar with her in agony. Surjeet empathises with Geet and worries about Geet being able to cope with their frugal lifestyle after experiencing the comforts of Mehra House.

Surjeet considers taking Bhushan’s help and borrowing some money to give Geet a comfortable life. Geet feels sad for her family and realises that she might be becoming a burden on her family. Geet distracts Sudha Rani and leaves her family at the bus stop, she sets out on a solitary journey to make a new start. Geet recalls the harsh words of the Mehras about her relationship with Malhar. Soon, Samrat crosses paths with Geet unknowingly. Later, Lahouran confronts JK and Jasleen about abandoning Geet thoughtlessly. Soon enough, Samrat learns that Geet has left the Mehra House for good and wishes to rescue her from the cruel world. Away, Malhar stays with a stranger in her house and the lady tells him about her missing husband. Malhar recalls how he ended up in her house and makes an outlandish new beginning.
