Gattimela 22 October 2021 Written Update: The preparations for the ‘haldi’ ceremony begins

In the previous episode of Gattimela, Suhasini creates trouble for Parimala and creates such an event that makes Parimala take the sole responsibility of grinding the turmeric for the ‘haldi’ ceremony.

In the next episode of  Gattimela, at the wedding venue, Manjunath helps Parimala to grind the turmeric and his words leave her emotional. Parimala thinks about how Amulya grew up very soon. When Parimala starts to get tired during the task, Manjunath teases her. They are surprised when Adya and Sarthak join them in their task. Vikrant and Dhruva bring another utensil to grind turmeric, stating that they too belong to their family that is why they are helping them out. Adithi and Anjali too arrive at the scene. Soon everyone starts contributing to the task and has fun while doing so.

Vedanth is surprised when Amulya too arrives to contribute to the task. Vaijayanti teases Vedanth when he gets mesmerised by Amulya’s beauty. Suhasini watches these events and gets angry about how her family ruined her plan against Amulya and her family. Aarati gets emotional when she overhears Parimala’s words and contributes to the turmeric grinding task.

Vedanth notices that Amulya is busy staring at her and not grinding the turmeric properly and tries to point it out to her. Adithi notices this and teasingly points out Amulya’s error. During the task, Dhruva and Adithi are unable to stop looking at each other. When Kanta makes a dramatic entry, Manjunath makes him complete the pending task, while everyone teases him.

Aarati notices Suhasini standing away with a furious expression on her face. Vaijayanti praises everyone for contributing to the task and announces the commencement of the ‘haldi’ ceremony. Amulya and Vedanth take their respective seats for the ceremony. Amulya thinks about the day of Aarati’s ‘haldi’ ceremony and how she and Vedanth had fun teasing each other and had tripped in the kitchen. Parimala gets worried when the turmeric from the groom’s side gets delayed. Meanwhile, Vedanth’s ‘haldi’ ceremony begins. Adya decides to take the groom’s ‘haldi’ for Amulya. Vikrant reminds Vedanth about how everyone had doused him with turmeric during his ‘haldi’ ceremony and everyone starts applying a huge amount of turmeric to Vedanth.
