The robot is created by a student of Class 11 and it also plays the drum as well as other small instruments besides performing the aarti!

All over India, people are celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi even in the dire situations of the Coronavirus pandemic. Due to restrictions, this year, public tents or pandal to house the decorated idols of Lord Ganesha could not be put up.  Nonetheless, the devotion for Ganpati Bappa in the hearts of his devotees prevails like in the years so far. In Pune, Maharashtra, a robot is built to perform the aarti to Lord Ganesha. While offering prayers, the robot even rings the bell.

Besides, it also plays the drum as well as other small instruments. The robot is created by a student of Class 11 named Vinit. In his words, he was always interested in making a robot since his childhood. This interest converted into a hobby and then became a dream that came true when he culminated his first robot on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi 2020.
