Television actor Divya Bhatnagar passed away on December 7^th, Monday, due to complications caused by COVID-19. She had tested positive after experiencing a high temperature, a few weeks back in Mumbai. She played the character Gulabo in the popular television drama Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, which received raving reactions from then audiences. Various close companions of the late actor, including actors like Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Shilpa Shirodkar, took to social media to express their condolences for the family members. Devoleena also released a shocking video exposing Divya’s husband Gagan Gabru where she stated that he had been responsible for Divya’s deteriorating health condition before COVID struck.

Television actor Divya Bhatnagar passed away at 3 am on Monday morning, after a battle with COVID 19. The actor had tested positive for the virus after having heavy fever for a few days. She had been experiencing bad health condition for quite some time as her condition was deteriorating day-by-day. Her oxygen level had been dropping with time, causing a worrisome situation. She was also put on a ventilator to support her body functions but eventually, it had to be pulled out. Divya Bhatnagar’s family had also come down to Mumbai, to help her deal with the illness as she had split up with her husband, Gagan Gabru.

A bunch of actors including Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Shilpa Shirodkar, took to social media to express their thoughts on the young actor’s sad demise. They also sent out their condolences and support to the grieving family members.

She also stated that the two had gotten married against Divya’s family and friends’ will as they were aware of his ill mannerisms.
