Dhamaka: Kartik Aaryan Turns Journalist For Ram Madhvani’s Directorial; Film To Light Up On Diwali

Kartik Aaryan will be exclusively seen in the film. The actor has been roped in a titled movie Dhamaka. Lately, there was a buzz created about the release date of the film starring Kartik Aaryan. The movie was said to be released in the month of August but later got postponed to September-October. Now it is expected that the film directed by Ram Madhvani is going to hit the screens, this Diwali. Adding more to this, Kartik Aaryan is about to play a character which is named Arjun Pathak. He will be playing the role of a Journalist and a host of Bharosa 24/7.
The actor is known for his versatile acting skills and now the Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety actor is all set to win hearts in his upcoming movie Dhamaka. The Ram Madhvani directorial film is the remake of a 2013 South Korean action- thriller film Terror Live. The film was written and directed by Kim Byung-woo. Terror Live starred Ha Jung-woo as an ambitious news anchorman who monopolizes the live broadcast of a terrorist attack following the explosion of Mapo Bridge on the Han River.
The Ram Madhvani directorial is produced by RSVP Movies, Ram Madhvani Films, Lotte Cultureworks, and Global Gate Entertainment. Along with Kartik Aaryan, Mrunal Thakur will be seen playing the role of Mrs. Pathak, Amruta Subhash will play the role of Kartik’s boss. Vikas Kumar and Vishwajeet Pradhan will also be seen playing a vital role in the film.
It was reported that director Ram Madhvani narrated the film’s script to Kartik Aaryan in October 2020 and he agreed to be a part of the film. Dhamak will mark Kartik Aaryan’s first serious role. He however has played multiple comical and romantic characters yet. Aaryan officially announced the film on his 30th birthday, i.e. 22 November 2020. The principal photography of Dhamaka kick-started on December 14, 2020, in Mumbai. Surprisingly the film wrapped up in just 10 days on December 24, 2020.
Kartik Aaryan has pulled his socks to win the hearts of his fans. The audience too is way too excited to see him portray the role of a Journalist.
