Thousands of people have lost their lives due to Coronavirus pandemic. The frontline workers are in the most dangerous situation amid this pandemic as they have to work day in and day out. Recently, a 49-year-old inspector of Delhi Police, Sanjeev Kumar Yadav who was posted with a special cell, died at a hospital late Tuesday night due to COVID-19. According to the sources, the braveheart was battling the virus for a long time and was on a ventilator for the last 14 days.

Despite undergoing plasma treatment twice, he succumbed to the virus. Yadav was a reputed police inspector and a gallantry award winner. After getting infected, he battled the virus hard and was given all possible treatments, but unfortunately, the brave police officer lost his life.
