Bihar’s Director General of Police (DGP) Gupteshwar Pandey has said that the Bihar Police might think of going to court over the quarantine of IPS officer Vinay Tiwari in Mumbai. He had arrived in the city to assist the Bihar Police team in investigating the Sushant Singh Rajput case but was placed in mandatory quarantine by Mumbai authorities due to the situation of the pandemic. Bihar DGP Pandey thinks that this is a trick by the Mumbai Police to keep the Bihar Police from intervening in the investigation.

The Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case has been dillydallying between two perspectives ever since conspiracy theories started hogging headlines. There’s the initial angle of suicide, which the Mumbai Police is investigating. And then there’s the charge on Sushant’s girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty for abetting the suicide. The second perspective also blames Bollywood’s “nepotism gang” for not giving enough opportunities for Sushant’s talent to prosper.
