Cost Of Deepika Padukone And Ranveer Singh’s New Swanky Pad In Alibaug Will Leave Your Jaws Dropped To The Floor; Deets Inside
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have reportedly bought a new home worth Rs 22 crore in Alibaug and paid Rs 2.32 crore stamp duty. Can you believe it?
The Bollywood couple, who often express their love for each other on social media, painting the town red, have found a perfect bungalow for themselves in Alibaug. According to reports, the registration document states that the property is spread across 2.25 acres and has a built-up area of around 18,000 sq ft. The five-bedroom bungalow has a ground and a first floor. It is located in the Satirje area and is about ten minutes away from Kihim Beach,
Satirje area is referred to as the billionaires’ street since several Bollywood celebrities and industrialists have their bungalows in Alibaug on the same street. These include Shah Rukh Khan, Navin Agarwal of Vedanta Resources, Gautam Singhania of Raymonds, Salil Parekh of Infosys, and more. It usually takes around 40-45 minutes to reach Alibaug from Mumbai by ferry since it’s on the other part of Mumbai.
Deepika Padukone and her father, Prakash Padukone, registered a sale deal of a serviced apartment in Bengaluru on August 7, 2021. Their stamp duty was Rs 34.64 lakh, the documents showed.
During Covid-19, several high-net-worth individuals in Mumbai have bought properties in nearby Lonavala, Alibaug, and Karjat as investments or holiday homes. Ranveer and Deepika also own a four BHK flat in Mumbai, located in the city’s Prabhadevi area. It is owned by Deepika Padukone, who bought the house with her father, Prakash Padukone.
On the other hand, when it comes to owning luxury items, Ranveer loves his swanky cars and is mostly seen taking them for a spin. The actor owns a convertible Ferrari that is on every car lover’s dream list. As per reports, his convertible Ferrari alone costs Rs 2.82 crore. Apart from that, the actor owns an orange Lamborghini Urus with a whopping price tag of Rs 3.15 crore!
But that’s not all. Ranveer’s garage also has a Mercedes-Benz GLS, Aston Martin Rapide S, Land Rover Range Rover Vogue, Audi Q5, Jaguar XJ L, and Maruti Suzuki Ciaz. No points for guessing that just his car collection alone costs in crores!
