Chinese Army Still Lurking Around Finger 5 Area Of Pangong, Ladakh
The Chinese army has not withdrawn its soldiers from Pangong region despite assurances on the matter.
The India-China border dispute had led to loss of several soldiers from both sides. After many meetings and discussions, the Chinese army had agreed to withdraw its soldiers but the present situation is something else. The latest developments come from Finger 5 area of Pangong, Ladakh. Sources claim that even after multiple high-level discussions, the Chinese army has not withdrawn its soldiers from this region. The Indian Air Force has now decided to track their activities by deploying MiG-29 fighters.
US Secretary of Defense Mark T. Esper said that they are closely observing the border tensions between India and China. Latest progressions have also been reported from the India-US Business Council. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the India Ideas Summit tonight, which will focus on better trade practices in future between India and the US.
