Australia seems to be China’s next target. China is now blaming Australia as the source of COVID-19. Before Australia, China has already blamed India, US and Italy for the pandemic. The Chinese media is suggesting that the COVID-19 virus started spreading from Australia. Find out more details about this story below.

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has claimed millions of lives across the globe. The virus is still spreading and people are yet to receive vaccines for the same, in most countries. But while the entire world is battling the Coronavirus pandemic, China is blaming a new country for the origin of the COVID-19 virus.

According to WION news’ latest report, China is blaming Australia for the spread of Coronavirus. The Chinese media has been reporting about the same on their channels and other news portals. Before blaming Australia, China has already blamed Italy, US and India for the same.

China first started by blaming the US soldiers for bringing the COVID-19 virus to Wuhan. They then shifted their blame to Italy. They said that Italy was the source of the pandemic. On November 29, China shifted their blame from Italy. They moved on from the EU country to their neighbour, India.

Recently, the UK gave their first dose of the vaccine to an elderly lady. The news of the vaccine brought a sigh of relief to people in the UK and across the globe. Even though it has been nearly a year since the start of the virus, new details are still coming to light.  WHO is investigating the pandemic and trying to find its source. They are doing so to stay a step ahead in the future to handle the spread of any other virus.

On December 6, 2020, a Chinese publication published an article that allegedly blamed the cold-chain imports to Wuhan a reason for the early COVID-19 outbreak. According to the publication’s report, the import of the Australian steak to Wuhan could have been the source of the outbreak. But the report failed to provide any proof of this claim. Since this claim, the diplomatic relations between China and Australia are at its lowest. The tensions between the two countries are due to many other reasons. But this claim seems to be the final nail in the coffin.
