In the previous episode of Chembarathi, Nandana tries to speak with Akhila about Anand. Meanwhile, Dasan writes a letter to Akhila and leaves from Trichambarath. Later, Priyanka decides to poison Akhila.

In the latest episode of Chembarathi, Kalyani gets upset about Dasan leaving the house. Anand consoles her and takes Aniyankuttan’s side. The next day, Subramaniam meets Akhila and tries to speak with her. Akhila asks Subramaniam to not second Anand. Subramaniam questions Akhila about the stay order that she sends to Anand. Later, he tells Akhila about the rival company approaching Anand. He also adds that Anand declined the offer. Subramaniam pours his heart out to Akhila and tells her that Anand loves Akhila more than anything. 

Subramaniam tries to reason with Akhila and tells her that he used to worship her. He apologises for his behaviour and leaves. Akhila gets emotional after Subramaniam steps out. Meanwhile, Vilasini informs Priyanka about Akhila questioning her when she fed her the spiked medicine. Priyanka tells Vilasini to feed Akhila the same for 10 days. Vilasini agrees to follow her instructions. Later, Anand and Akhila have the same nightmare about each other. Where someone tries to kill Akhila in her sleep. Akhila wakes up and feels as though Anand called out her name. Anand is unable to sleep. He finds Akhila also awake as she stands on the terrace watching the sky. Their eyes meet. Meanwhile, Kalyani steps out of the house and spots Akhila watching them from the terrace. Kalyani feels happy about seeing Akhila.
