Bus Accident In Delhi Kills Minor Boy And Two Adults; Injures Three
Driver managed to escape an angry mob but later surrendered himself at the police station.
On Thursday, September 24 an unfortunate incident took place in northeast Delhi’s Nand Nagri area. Three people, including a child, were killed and three others were injured when a cluster bus lost its control and hit a truck. Angry locals vandalised the bus and tried to catch hold of the bus driver. However, the driver managed to escape and later surrendered at the police station. Police force brought the chaotic situation at the accident spot under control. Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ved Prakash Surya said that while going down the Mandoli flyover towards Bhaupura Border at main Wazirabad Road, the bus driver suddenly lost control of the bus and met with a serious accident.
Sources also state that the victims were rushed to a nearby hospital but were declared dead on arrival. The injured personnel are being treated and will soon get discharged.
