Britney Spears makes a clever reference to Jamie Lynn’s new memoir
Jamie Lynn Spears is being softly shaded by Britney Spears, Britney Spears hinted that she will not be reading Jamie Lynn Spears’ upcoming memoir Things I Should Have Said in a shady Instagram post
After the Zoey 101 actress announced her impending memoir on Monday, Oct. 11, Britney Spears slightly shaded her younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears. “I can’t believe I’ve finally completed my book!!!” Jamie Lynn posted a photo on Instagram. “‘THINGS I SHOULD HAVE SAID’ has been in the works for quite a long time now”
Jamie Lynn didn’t mention her pop star sister in her caption, instead stating that the book would focus on her own mental health difficulties. Things I Should Have Said, according to her publisher, Worthy Publishing, will touch on Jamie Lynn’s “position as Britney’s baby sister.”
Britney has previously expressed dissatisfaction with Jamie Lynn and other members of her family. In July, the “Lucky” singer tweeted that she didn’t enjoy that her sister showed up at an awards show and played her songs to remixes, presumably referring to Jamie’s tribute performance at the 2017 .
Britney stated the day before her post on Jamie’s performance that she had been betrayed by her loved ones throughout her conservatorship. “There’s nothing worse than having people close to you who have never been up for you write things about your predicament, whatever it is, and speak righteously for support.”
Britney is writing a book, but not a memoir, telling fans on Friday that she is writing a book about a girl who was murdered yet her ghost gets stuck in limbo because of trauma and pain and she doesn’t know how to cross over to the world she used to know. After being stuck in limbo for three years, she is a ghost who thrives off of her reflection in her mirror for existence. She has no one she can trust but something happens and she figures out how to cross over to the world where her family is.
While, Jamie Lynn had been posting a lot of uplifting things at the time, including one about “hope.”
Now that Britney’s father has been removed as custodian of her estate, the pop diva is feeling more positive than ever. According to an E! News insider, “She finds it liberated and exhilarating. She’s happier than she’s been in a long time, and she’s taking it all in.”
We pray that the book Britney Spears wants to write about is about fictional ghosts and not demons stuck in someone’s head!
