Bihar Floods: Patna Boys Perform Dangerous Stunts In Ganges
Nearly 12 districts in Bihar are affected by heavy rain and flood, while many villages are submerged into the water as rivers cross the danger mark.
In the tragedy of heavy rainfall, 12 districts of Bihar are in the grip of the flood. Motihari, Gopalganj and Darbhanga are facing the biggest crisis. Thousands of villages are submerged under floodwaters. Relief supplies are being delivered to the flood-affected people with the help of helicopters. The Ganga river is in spate in Patna. The water level of the river is constantly increasing. Some children are seen doing deadly stunts in the overflowing Ganges river. Besides the Ganga, many rivers have crossed the danger mark and are flowing above the boundary, damages life and property.
Bihar is facing a dual crisis as the number of COVID-19 cases is rising rapidly and at the same time, nearly 12 districts are affected by heavy rain and flood. On Monday (July 27), Bihar reported ten deaths and over 10.5 lakh people affected by the natural calamity. The government has deployed 14 NDRF teams (National Disaster Response Force) to rescue people stranded in flood-affected areas. Amid the chaos, sources said that Patna boys are performing dangerous stunts in the flooded Ganga river.
